Vol. 2 No. 01 (2024): Transformatio: Journal of Theology, Education, and Integral Mission
"The Gospel is the power of God that saves everyone who believes" (Romans 1:16). The Gospel not only has the power to transform the lives of believers, but it is also capable of transforming families, cities, and nations. The proclamation and demonstration of the Gospel continue to be carried out by believers, so that all peoples may know and worship Him as Lord and Savior.
The Gospel first appeared in the context of Jewish culture. However, the Gospel is intended for all the cultures of the nations of the world. As God's promise to Abraham states: "Through your offspring all nations on earth will be blessed" (Genesis 22:18), which has been fulfilled by and in Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:16); thus, the Gospel becomes a blessing for all the cultures of the nations.
