Dosa Akhan dan Solidaritas Komunal Analisis Filologis-Etis terhadap Ḥeˉrem

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menganalisis Dosa Akhan (Yosua 7) untuk mendamaikan kontradiksi teologis antara keadilan individu dan hukuman komunal, dengan fokus pada prinsip Solidaritas Korporat dan hukum Ḥeˉrem. Urgensi masalah terletak pada implikasi etis dari dosa individual terhadap kekudusan komunitas kovenan Allah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksegetikal-filologis mendalam untuk mengurai semantik Ibrani. Hasilnya, dosa Akhan adalah etiologi universal melalui urutan raˉ’aˉh, chaˉmad, dan laˉqach ("melihat, mengingini, mengambil"), yang merupakan pola dasar pelanggaran kovenan. Pembahasan menemukan bahwa hukuman kolektif dibenarkan oleh Solidaritas Korporat dan hukum Ḥeˉrem, karena dosa pribadi merusak integritas kovenan seluruh umat. Secara etis, kisah ini menjadi model bagi Dosa Sosial di era modern, di mana korupsi berfungsi sebagai Sakrilegi Sosial (Ḥeˉrem Sosial). Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa pemulihan integritas menuntut ketaatan batiniah dan pertobatan yang transparan (akuntabilitas publik) untuk mengembalikan kekudusan komunitas. Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah integrasi analisis filologis trilogi dosa dengan konteks Etika Dosa Sosial (korupsi) di Indonesia, merekomendasikan Pertobatan Transparan sebagai solusi restoratif dan institusional.
